PROJECT ASSOCIATE ($5000-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: KE

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• The individual will work directly with Crisis Management to help support projects.
• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
• The individual will serve as a data visualization coordinator and will assist with identifying appropriate methods for presenting information, developing products that are appropriate for specific audiences, and following up to validate the utility of the methods.
• Assist in preparing written materials, including reports, scripts, presentations, fact sheets, etc.
• Assist in developing analytical reports and presenting large complex sets of data through visual representation.
• Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management.
• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution.
• Manage and monitor project works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of project management and related experience.
• Familiarity with project management software tools – Web Design, Data visualization, Presentations, Adobe/Microsoft Teams, Able to create dashboards and have competency in Power BI.
• Good communication and negotiation skill
