Working Hour: 5 Days work week
Salary Range: $2800- $3300 +AWS+VB
AMK
- Provide administrative support to project team in day to day operation
- Generation of material purchase requisition
- Assist in project progress claims and follow through on invoices
- Manage, prepare and maintain proper records and filing of all documents
- Monitor and track the material deliverables for each project
- Contact point for project team and facilitate communications
- Assist Procurement department in purchasing goods and services for project team
Requirements
- GCE O Levels and above
- 1-2 years’ experience in the Construction Engineering industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess good MS Office knowledge
