Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing assistance to the Project Manager
- Work with internal stakeholders to execute implementation of new businesses
- Creating GANTT Charts with Project Flow Diagrams
- Developing Standard Operating procedures
- Managing Key progress meetings and providing regular updates to the stakeholders
- EDI Process enhancement and developing Report Automation
Requirements
- Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration
- 2 years experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Proficient in Advanced MS-Excel (Application of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP,INDEX-MATCH, CONCATENATE, PIVOT etc.) is a plus
