Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project team in daily operation
- Generation of material purchase requisition
- Assist in project progress claims and follow through on invoices
- Manage, prepare and maintain proper records and filing of all documents
- Monitor and track the material deliverables for each project
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent qualifications
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to meet the deadlines as required
- Possess good MS Office knowledge
