Location: North
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a production schedule that meets customer requirements
- Determine production requirements based on machine capacity and production specifications
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Monitor production status and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner
- Identify and analyze delays and adjust production schedules accordingly to meet deadlines
- Conduct weekly meetings to keep track of production schedule and sales demand
- Analysis report on demand fluctuations, load changes, capacity requirements, machine efficiency,
- Forecast and plan of materials based on production requirement
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing/ precision engineering industry
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with MRP/MRPII is a plus
