Responsibilities
- Oversea day to day central kitchen production, maintenance operations and coordinate flow of work.
- Ensure production is always in high standard, food safety and hygiene in accordance with the law.
- Manage raw material, packaging based on production schedule to achieve daily production goals.
- Schedule and supervise plant operations to meet production requirements in timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensure processes in compliance to related requirement.
- Responsible for all operations, machineries and equipment.
- Ensure optimized profitability by effective management of manufacturing costs, quality and productivity standard.
- Plan production schedule, material allocation and manpower resources to ensure production operate smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years in food manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
