$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible in Maintenance servicing, will work closely with QC engineer and PM specialists to ensure good product quality.
- Responsible to analyze and troubleshoot rejects and faulty product returned by customers.
- Responsible in liaising with customers and provide technical advices. Customersite visit and application analysis will be required.
- Responsible in Investigation of issues and compile a detailed issue report to Project manager.
- Responsible in keeping production equipment at optimal conditions with periodic maintenance.
- Responsible in the Assembling packaging line, liaising with customer to fulfill customer’s requirements. Hands-on operation will be required.
- Responsible to keep track and maintain BOM in the production line.
- Provide weekly and monthly summary reports of production line.
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in semiconductor assembly is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
