Location: Toa Payoh
Responsibilities
- Responsible to maintain extensive knowledge on our company products
- Schedule and conduct product demo and training sessions for new and existing customers
- Support clients with transition projects to include product upgrade and training and respond to customer queries during training presentation
- Help trainee to troubleshoot any issue related to training environment and lab exercises.
- Provide on-site training sessions to overseas customers
Requirements
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or similar
- Min. 2 years’ software development experience in Internet technology in Java with experience in software training delivery
- Strong communication skill and good technical knowledge
- Proactive, creative and results-oriented
- Have passion for learning and training
