Location: North
Responsibilities
- Ensure new products conform to all regulatory and product safety requirements
- Work with R&D in determine test plans for new products
- Work with 3rd party test house on the conduct of product conformance tests – Product Safety, EMC, Mechanical, Vibration, Climatic tests, etc
- Review and validate test reports from internal and external tests conducted
- Coordinate for Product Safety Factory Audit by external party
- Update and maintain of Product Safety Procedure
- Coordinate with Product Safety Body on any update for new/alternate source component listed in safety procedures
- Update and sharing of Safety regulation and information and Safety Application cost
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable EMC, ESD, RoHS and Product Safety Tests Theory and Regulatory Compliance Standard is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
