$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

To conduct sourcing activities (including identification of new vendors) for all non-aircraft procurement related purchases (goods and/or services) within the stipulated timeframe.
To compile and evaluate all submissions and recommend the best quote that meets the target date and user requirements to the Purchasing Authority.
To liaise with vendor on quote clarification, order fulfilment and for any discrepancies upon delivery.
To liaise with freight forwarders and transport operators to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders in accordance to the INCOTERMS.
To work with Warehousing and Finance Department to resolve any discrepancies raised on deliveries or invoices.
To monitor and ensure on-time purchase order fulfilment by the vendors to meet the required target date.
To ensure compliance of all related procurement policies and processes.
To provide advice and guidance to users on procurement guidelines and policies.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Management/ Engineering in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Tableau is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
