Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence Procurement strategy and policies for execution of procurement activities to meet targets and objectives
- Establish scope of work for services and/or requirements for products, and validate scope of work and requirements
- Source and identify new product or service providers, validate potential new vendors or existing incumbent for cost effective procurement
- Participate in the evaluation and negotiation with vendors/suppliers on the submitted quotations/proposals
- Coordinate with sales departments to review service agreement/contracts and prepare reports for approval.
- To handle Quotation, Issue Purchase Order and maintain updated records
- To track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on international shipping and INCOTERMS is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
