Location: North
Responsibilities
- Overall leadership and management of the Procurement team in their day-to-day operations, coaching and development
- Develop, implement and review procurement policies and procedures to continuously improve procurement process efficiency
- Maintains appropriate, detailed process documentation and scope of work and ensure it is updated regularly and distributed to relevant parties.
- Responsible for end-to-end performance measurement and monitoring from origin to final delivery
- Perform risk assessments and mitigate risk on potential contracts and agreements
- Lead and implement vendor management programs in terms of standards, KPIs and escalation process
- Identify, and qualify potential new vendors or suppliers in order to secure more cost-effective sources of products and services
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of Procurement experience in Procurement /supply chain management
- Experience in system implementation for procurement activities
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
