Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for food ingredients and select reliable suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers and track supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ingredient requirements and ensure smooth procurement processes
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on food ingredient trends
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the procurement process to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s degree
- Min 2-3 years in procurement within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food ingredient specifications, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
