Location: East
Responsibilities
- To assist in procurement functions such as generating Purchase Orders (PO), perform goods receipts and invoice entry as well as packing and distributing stocks to medical centres
- To ensure all purchases are in compliance with SOP
- To resolve the issues encountered in CAS by liaising closely with IS
- To conduct inventory stock count and reconcile the discrepancies
- To communicate and negotiate effectively with the vendors.
- To participate in tender process
- Inventory management
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
- MS Office especially Excel
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
