Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize processes for new Packaging/Backend technology of SAW products
- Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions.
- Defines package requirements for new technology and customer requirements.
- Develops recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials and tools/machine qualification and characterization.
- Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing.
- Responsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or its equivalent
- minimum 1~2 years work experience
- Proficient in statistical data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE) and comfortable with analysis software tools.
- Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility work attitude for sudden changes in work assignments.
