Location: North
Responsibilities
- attend meeting and record minutes of meeting
- assist project team on paper work, submission, and any other adhoc duties requested by site team and admin manager
- to check punch log/food reimbursement
- to prepare PO for petty cash reimbursement
- to maintain project folder (e-filing) in server
- to attend resident feedback, if any
- to prepare notice for stakeholders
- assist in ISO audit
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in related field;
- Can work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual and be able to do multi-task
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines
