Responsibilities
- Install and tune solutions for proof of concept (POC) and evaluation for customers.
- Assist sales team to respond to technical specifications of tender and RFP by system configurations and recommendation.
- Managing the process includes forming the project team and structure, reporting on project status, highlight/escalate any issues with mitigation and project methodology.
- Plan, design and verify/resolve technical question by analysing/researching the problems and provide a solutions.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations on all relevant product.
- Ensure smooth process from customer requirement to implementation team.
- Regularly participating in new product, technology transfer training and external seminars for training programs.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology Or project management or related
- Technology savvy with ability to make recommendations on types of technology best in the Company environment
- Experience with Presale in Enterprise IT Infrastructure environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Storage / Security / Data Protection / Cloud Services / Enterprise Wireless.
- Possess strong leadership in operational deployment.
