Responsibilities
- Provide the Presales/delivery for the opportunities around ICS/SCADA/IoT security consulting services/Tech solution implementation.
- Prepare proposals/statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by engaging clients and partners throughout pre & post sales lifecycle; from providing general ICS/SCADA/IoT security solutions briefings, to capturing customer technical & business needs, proposing technical solution, selection of products, scoping resources, effort & associated costs for the outcome needed to deliver successful business value outcome by achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
- You are required to deliver ICS/SCADA/IoT related consulting engagements and ensure client expectations are met by quality project delivery within agreed time and budget.
- Proactively participate in developing Security market-driven competitive service offerings around ICS/SCADA, IOT managed or security consulting related areas for developing content while working with cross-functioning teams including professional services, product management, sales and marketing.
- Ensure both soft/hard personal skills are kept up to date (e.g. maintaining certs via CPEs, attending trainings, vendor briefings, webinars etc.) for successful execution of role.
- Ability and willingness to travel per business needs. Physically fit to visit critical infrastructure and remote plant sites.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science / Electronics / Automation / Electrical Engineering and Information Security or other technology related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in preparing ICS/SCADA/IoT technical solutions / security architecture blueprint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
