Plant Engineer ($5K / Electrical / Chemical / AWS / VB) RC

Salary Range:  $4K – $5K
Location:  West / Jurong
Industry:  Chemical

1. Responsible for Plant Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) development and implementation.
2. Responsible for Daily PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, monitor for new tools & technology and etc.
3. Responsible for old/new technicians’ training & development related to technical works.
4. Establish and monitor programs / Key Process Indicators (KPI) maintenance system for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques, operating data and etc.
5. Optimize maintenance strategies and cost effective benefits.
6. Responsible for ECR meeting, follow action items & process / Equipment Improvement.
7. Responsible to liaise with the vendors related to technical works, issues & etc.
8. Responsible to establish / maintain standards related to equipment, spare parts & etc.
9. Present and Attend to Equipment troubleshooting if needed, E.g. Technician is unable to solve the problem or find out the root cause.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong working knowledge of chemical process
• Basic knowledge in PLC / Control
• Familiar with ESH regulations
