Responsibilities
- Ensure prices and parts are charged and warranty claims accurately into vehicle repair orders before closing
- Daily RO closing/invoicing
- Ensure photos on car defect(s) to seek approval from respective department before carrying out warranty submission.
- Monitor technical campaigns and other new car warranty claims has been carried out orderly before car delivery
- Prepare quotation Pre/Post event cars.
- Coordinate with Vehicle Admin for add jobs, Purchase Order or cancellation
- Issuing purchase order to supplier/sub-contractor.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Office Skills
- At least 2 years in Motor Vehicle industry or warehouse logistic
- Meticulous in costing, billing and accounting
- Computer literate
