Responsibilities
- Provide updates and status reports to sales office and work with plant team to get order status and support prioritization
- Support resolution of customer inquiries and adherence to customer request date
- Manage change order process and provide technical and application support for customer inquiries
- Ensure all orders are managed and have been entered correctly to ensure correct product specification, agreed delivery, certification, and documentation requirements
- Communication of shipping, resolve invoicing issues and assist in sales shipment forecasting by provide reporting on order status
Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree in business related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in order management
- Proficient in CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP software is a plus
