Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end fulfilment of orders
- Prepare quotations, cost sheets and PRs and ensure POs are raised and sent to vendors
- Prepare delivery orders and arrange delivery with vendors and customers
- Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and billing reports and send monthly billing reports to customers
- Follow up with customers on quotations, POs and payments
- Maintain relationship with vendors to ensure smooth operations including negotiate for best pricing, review terms and conditions, SLAs and payment terms
- Follow-up with customers and understand customer needs/requirements and ensure smooth sales process
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Min 2 years of working experience in IT industry
- Proficient in Enterprise Systems / CRM / ERP
- Good written and oral communication
