- Responsible to manage production databases and monitor performance and manage parameters
- Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
- Designing database performance tuning and resolve technical issues
- Refine the logical design so that it can be translated into specific data model
- Communicate regularly with cross functional teams to enesure database integrity and securitiy
- Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science/Related
- Min 2 years experience managing Database
- Solid understanding of SQL, Oracle Exadata
- Familiar with Unix/Linux Operating Syste, Cloudera Hadoop Administration
- Basic knowledge on system and networking
