OPERATIONS MANAGER ( Retail) ($5800-$7500/AWS/VB)ref: GL

$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Work closely with General Manager in managing the P&L of the facilities
• Oversee the general maintenance and operational aspects of the facilities and properties.
• Lead and motivate team members in providing highest standards of property management services with minimal downtime and inconvenience cause.
• Build and maintain good relationship with clients and key stakeholders and ensure that all feedback are promptly attended to
• Take charge of tenancy works and ensure good fit-out design standards befitting for the facilities positioning and advising compliance to all relevant authorities’ including submission
• Plan and prepare budgets for the above portfolio – PR, DO, TSC, CP and TVS and ensure that all planned and budgeted works are executed within the same FY.
• Initiate value-adding proposals to improve facilities, systems and work processes to enhance cost efficiency, energy saving, better working environment.
• Work closely with Customer Experience department in the development of Facilities Management System (FMS) and to manage cost and improve productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
