Operations Manager (Education/ SSG / $4K-$5K/ Central) ref:JT

Full Time CBD, Central January 10, 2022 Education/ Training Institutions

5 days / 8.45am – 6pm
Salary: $4K-$5K + AWS + VB
Central (CBD)

Oversee training courses are organised and scheduled accordingly to maximise training resources
Coordinate with Auditors, SSG, IMDA and other funding organisations
Manage financial admin on cashflow and monthy revenue
Assist on annual audit and year end closing procedures
Recruitment of new trainers and maintain accreditation with international organisations
Ensure daily operations are run smoothly and issues are resolved promptly

Requirements:

Min. diploma with 2-3 years operation experience in education industry
Experience in training or operations is preferred
MUST be familiar with SSG funding & IMDA
Ability to lead and possess excellent commmunication skills
