- Attend to client meeting on issues and proposed solutions
- Carry put failure analysis with report submission and warranty support
- Execute service training plan and conduct training
- Providde technical support with data analysis and improve operation process
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Min 6 years experience in HVAC / Chiller industry
- Excellent communication skills
