5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule all works.
- Monitor work progress at all sites.
- Day to day management of workers on both jobsites and the workshop.
- Monitor and supervise work teams to ensure quality procedures and standard of workmanship is maintained.
- Identify any potential or existing problems that could affect works and recommend solutions to overcome them.
- Ensuring safety requirements are met at all job sites.
- Check Subcontractors quality of work
- Conduct Daily Team briefings and toolbox meetings.
Requirements
- Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous and comfortable with using ERP software
- Positive attitude; willing to learn
- Good problem-solving ability
