Operations Executives x 3 (Bulk Commodities/ $3K – 4K+AWS+VB) Ref: JL

• Handle bulk and containerized shipments
• Handle Letter of Credits, LC confirmation and Bank Guarantee
• Prepare invoice with the use of SAP or other related systems
• Manage full spectrum of export shipping documentation and operation
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, ship-brokers, freight forwarders and etc. (Coordinate shipment for smooth loading and delivery)
• Follow up and update on any necessary demurrages or shipping claims

• Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics /Shipping or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Containerized shipments / Bulk commodities
• Experience in Letter Of Credit (LC)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
