Responsibilities
- Responsible for a full spectrum of export shipping operations and documentation
- Handle full set of shipping documents, shipment process, contracts allocations & vessel nominations;
- Liaise with banks on letters of credit negotiations and collection documentation
- Handle shipment coordination with vendors to ensure smooth loading and delivery
- To check Letter of Credits, arrange LC confirmation and Bank Guarantee
- Follow up on shipping claims and demurrages and payment.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably with good experience in bulk shipments, Letters of Credit
- Knowledge in Bulk commodities, Breakbulk and Containerized Shipments is a plus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
