Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage a full spectrum of export shipping documentations and operations
- Handle and check Letter of Credit (LC), arrange LC confirmation, liaise with banks to negotiate on LC and Bank Guarantee.
- Coordinate with trade brokers, suppliers, ship-brokers, buyers, ship owners/agents Insurance agents to coordinate shipments
- Follow up with any shipping claims, payments and demurrages.
- Proficient in SAP system for invoicing and matching purposes
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder in Shipping / Business / Logistics or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in Bulk sugar commodities, Breakbulk and Containerized Shipments
- Well-versed in shipping procedures and documentations
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
