$3500+ AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- provide admin & operational support for the efficient functioning of the department
- plan, manage and execute the daily manpower deployment for maintenance and project
- responsible for maintenance and project coordination as liaison with client/contractors/architects/etc
- ensure maintenance/projects are completed as quoted and within contractual obligations
- assist to train new hires and conduct briefing for workers
- prepare and submit weekly and monthly report on the progress of on going project
- knowledge in construction safety, such as RA, SWP and MOS will be an advantage
- provide sales technical support to sales personnel whenever necessary
Requirements
- minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with project coordination and management
- proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- excellent organization & coordination skills
- good communication & interpersonal skills and positive mindset into problem solving
