5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- To assist Operations Manager in running a 24/7 operations in a Control Room for Electronics Monitoring Service (EMS) activities
- Liaising with partners and clients on EMS activities
- Support client meetings especially on operational needs and matters
- Attend to any system related requests from clients
- Assist in monthly Billing matters
- Participating in new project enquires, discussion and EMS related business
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
Requirements
- Min. Diploma and preferably in IT related discipline
- Experience in Call Centre will be advantageous
- Self-motivated with leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Words and Power Point
