OPERATIONS EVENT & ACTIVITY PLANNER ($4000-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stores’ major activity across the departments to provide a better schedule planning of the project timeline
• Consolidate the current and upcoming major activities, and campaign calendar to key into one Pocket Guide on a weekly basis
• Collaborate across departments to ensure new products, initiatives, and major activities are communicated to the store timeline and plans are executed successfully
• Review the information sent through store communications to ensure the details are comprehensive and in accordance with the company’s standards and goals
• Conduct regular store visits to identify key challenges, good practices and provide support according to the business requirements
• Support projects that will drive benefits and positive change to the store team members and customers
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business and/or any equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gantt Chart is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
