Responsibilities
- Assist the Vessel Operations Manager as instructed and ensure project equipment is mobilised and demobilised in an efficient and timely manner.
- Taking joint responsibility with the Drilling Manager and Marine Superintendent to ensure that all pre-requisites and activities for planned mobilisation of drilling and geo-technical equipment are executed.
- To be actively involved in Action Tracker Coordination Meetings and ensure that Corrective Action Registers are maintained and closed out in a timely manner.
- Supervises and manages inventory in the yards with the support of the Logistics Coordinator.
- Supervises and ensures logistics and procurement plans are planned and conducted safely and efficiently by the Logistics Coordinator.
- Leads vessel readiness and mobilisation and port call activities with Offshore Manager and Project Manager.
- Ensures project equipment is mobilised in an efficient and timely manner.
- Review & Comment Installation Procedures and ensure compliance of project specific tools with vessel equipment.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experiences in marine industry is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
