OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE (Card Logistics Officer)($2000-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: MJT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• work closely with vendors on a regular basis to fulfil and complete card production activities for cards (including daily exchange of reports), and highlight any issues that may arise for possible pre-emptive action by the team
• assist the Manager in monitoring vendor performance and ensure that all instructions provided to the vendors are followed through to completion and reporting
• ensure that vendors comply with established processes and requirements, including the timely submission of accurate inventory reports to fulfil month-end closing
• generate and prepare reports required for management reporting
• perform with monthly stock count of inventory at storage room
• ensure vendors update Job Order and inventory transactions via Genesis Lite IMS accurately and on a timely basis
• act as a liaison officer to support the Sales Team in fulfilment of job order for customized print cards, including activities such as triggering print job, printing reject replacement and delivery arrangements
• process the job order to ensure card production activities are completed according to requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in business administration/ logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
