$2K-$3K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• To assist and support the Manager at the Ops department on the day-to-day workshop & depots operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Ops Department such as filing, recording of job requisition (JR), incoming & outgoing vehicles records, bi-weekly of insurance claims report, etc.
• Assist to handle the full set of accident claim process, ensuring motor claims processes are follow up closely, till the finalization of payment.
• Submission of insurance report on a bi-weekly basis and endorse by Manager
• Issuance of the Quotation, DO and Invoice for the depots.
• To assist Manager in conducting bi-weekly toolbox meeting, ensuring proper documentation are in place.
• Ensuring the First Aid box and its content are constantly monitor and replenish.
• Ensuring monthly OT claims are process and approve for HR to process with payroll calculation.

Requirements

• A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
