Operation Officer ( $2700-$3200/AWS/VB )ref: TJ

$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily activities of assigned functional area; prioritizing; completing multiple activities; resolves problems as they arise.
• Actively tracks team productivity to ensure output is at required levels and Service Level Agreements are met.
• Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
• Identifies training needs and ensures proper colleague training.
• Assist Sales and Operation Manager and Admin & Finance Manager.
• Monitor products inventories for HQ and outlets.
• Track and maintain budgets of operational costs.
• Coordinate purchase of raw materials and supplies.

Requirements

• No experience may be considered though at least 1 year experience in operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
• Experience developing and modeling human resources
• Adept problem solver and decision maker
