OPERATION MANAGER ($3300-$5200/AWS/VB)ref: GD

$5200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• To oversee the day-to-day operations of Food Manufacturing, including ensuring procurement, inventory, purchasing, delivery and invoicing are properly done. This includes ensuring ingredients, inventory, equipment and tools are sufficient, and restock supplies for the next shift, and performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• To manage the staffing of our operations teams so that a high level of service can be offered to all customers.
• Work with team member in food preparation and production to minimize wastage and increase productivity and efficiency.
• Work with Finance teams to ensure invoicing and delivery orders are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
• Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback, and work with relevant teams to ensure timely response to customers in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any other ad-hoc work as may be assigned by the Head of Manufacturing and CEO.

Requirements

• NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in business operations, administrative knowledge of F&B management and quality management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
