Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Assist Engineering Department to purchase/collect spare parts, equipment, machineries etc from the suppliers
- Assist all other departments to run errands (eg: purchase/collect goods from suppliers, bring workers for medical, bring workers to renew passport/work permit, collect documents etc)
- Plan the daily deployment of drivers on a routine and adhoc basis, ensuring that operations requirements are fulfilled.
- Take orders from customers
- Responsible for a smooth and effective operations on a day-to-day basis
- Provide instructions to operations on the ground and have overall control of resource/manpower deployment to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational matters are taken care off and issues are resolved timely
- Resolution of issues and delivery of services to meet the Service Level Agreements with customers
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
