Location: West
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule
- Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control
- Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
- Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement
- Evaluate and recommend processes improvement
- Maintain quality standards according to ISO standard, in-process production, and outgoing/finished products as well as recording quality results
- Assist Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Nitec in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a chemical processing / manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
