Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assist in the compiling of completed delivery orders or time sheet for job done together with customer PO or internal quotation (to liaise with Sales Admin) for billing purpose
- Collection of OT card & Trip Form from Operators and Drivers for OT calculation
- Record the issue and transfer for diesel card to drivers
- Check and update LM, Insurance, Road Tax, Passes, Operation Staffs’ particulars
- Handle workers training courses, leave application and licenses renewal
- Assist in equipment and manpower deployment if needed
- Liaise and coordinate with sales admin on administrative works
- Other duties assigned by Superior
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
