- Handle and manage all calls escalate by helpdesk
- Adhere to provided Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and understand clients system and application
- Update all calls to helpdesk team and update the latest status
- Resolve IT related issues pertaining to desktops/laptops
- ITE/Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Preferably at least 1 year experience on site support
- Possess ITIL is a plus
- Knowledge in WIN and MAC OS
