5 working days, Mon – Fri, 8.30am-6pm
Location: Island wide
Responsibilities
- To provide onsite IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops for end users and corporate customers ensuring timely update to customers on service appointment, service status till closure of the services incidents
- To support and troubleshooting which includes diagnosis of hardware and software failures or problems and ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers
- Install Operation system, firmware and bios and handles and manages end-user from end to end
- Coordinate closely with dispatchers, leads and supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely
- To attend adhoc new product training via Web based training
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels holders
- Minimum 2 years experience with basic hardware and software knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
