Location: North
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and executive overall communications strategy and activities plans with associated budget.
- Design and develop content for print, website, digital, social media and other marketing collaterals and other in-house corporate communications materials.
- Conceptualize campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Design, craft and consolidate materials for submission of corporate and property award portfolios and keep proper record of awards.
- Assist in developing all A&P materials for projects.
- Assist in producing marketing collaterals for the outreach to agents.
- Assist sales & leasing team for events; i.e. agents outreach event, development walk-around, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Communications, Marketing or Business equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in Real Estate industry.
- Knowledge in website and digital asset management.
- Proficient in Microsoft office as well as Photoshop or similar photo editing software.
