NOC Engineer ($3K+ AWS + VB) ref:JT

Location: West
Salary Range: $3K+ AWS+VB
  • Support all incoming technical calls and handle customer trouble ticket creations, incident status update and ensure proper case closure.
  • Monitor and proactively respond to Network Management System (NMS) alert and support all incoming technical fault calls
  • Responsible to create and track trouble tickets to closure and perform technical troubleshooting in accordance to troubleshooting procedures
  • Elevating incidents for technical support, when a case is not resolved within predetermined timeframe, and according to established processes and procedures.
  • Ensure data input into ticketing system is accurate and complete with appropriate detail
  • Diploma in Engineering / IT & COmputering related
  • Min. 1 year working experience in a NOC/ SOC environment
  • Experience on using Network Management Systems to manage network is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Fiber network, IP, Transmission
  • Excellent customer service and communication / coordination skills
