$10k + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal Technical and Operation teams to deliver commitment to customers.
• Support sales team and customers.
• Work closely with existing and new customers to understand their technical requirements, to innovate and develop new product ideas.
• Work with urgency to resolve and respond to customers’ issues and requests.
• Keep abreast of latest market demands and trends in exotic leather to be ahead of customers’ needs.
• Sell ideas and solutions to customers to win-buy and work conscientiously to build trust.
• Be the go-to-person by customers for new development in products.
• Provide and contribute to the dyeing and seasoning recipe and process.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Possess effective planning, time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong technical background, possess logical mind, and systematic in documentation.
