Location: North
Responsibilities
- Serves as the main technical point-of-contact for all Singapore based schools & Admin
- Perform onsite installation, configuration & maintenance of network equipment including routers, switches, DNS and DHCP
- Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures to protect the organization’s data, systems, and networks
- Maintain the VolP service (Avaya) and all other phone services
- Provide support on issues relating to security solutions (e.g., endpoint security solutions, data loss prevention solution, intrusion detection system) & following up on any breaches
- Ensuring that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MacOS and iOS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
