Location: North
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities is to support end user remotely and to resolve network related issues.
- You need to be resourceful in finding information on products and/or technical resources
- Monitoring of servers and networks, services and systems performance Network/System troubleshooting
- You are proactively required to respond to alarms from network monitoring tools and take appropriate actions to resolve the alarms or system alerts with the given SLA.
- Maintain network and system security
- Responding to clients Network/System updates request
- Possess analytical and problem solving abilities
- Upskilling and continuous learning will be provided by the company
Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
