NETWORK & SECURITY ENGINEER ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: DC

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Network Equipments will include firewall, routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
• Respond to incident calls and ensure service level agreements to clients are met
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures from both internal and clients’ organisation.
• Implement and deploy network Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention System, Secure Web Gateway, Web Application Firewall, Malware Protection Firewall, Malware Protection, Vulnerability and Patch Management
• Assist in gathering customer requirements and present design for customer’s endorsement.
• Assist to prepare and update relevant documentation such as technical design specification, requirement traceability, matrix, design and build document, functional and user acceptance test plans
• Implement system hardening procedures and security features.
• Provide proper hand over of completed implementation projects to customer

Requirements

• Diploma or in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
