Salary Range: $6K + AWS + VB
5 working days, Mon – Fri , normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible to handle projects and lead a team of IT team on the implementation of IT solutions
- Coordinate with customer’s technical team to resolve any issues and fulfil the requirements
- Ensure daily operations are performed and service support are resolved
- Planning of team service rotational duty roosters to ensure 24/7 smooth operation
- Handle maintenance contracts and ensure the validity and support to external teams
- Ensure uptime of infrastructure (ISP and hosting) and operational tools are functional
Requirements
- Degree in IT / Computer Science
- Min 3-5 years experience in Network Operations Centre
- Ability to lead and resolve issues at the efficient timelin
